Indicator in Board View for tasks that have comments/details (vs. ones which do not)

I recently converted from Trello to Wrike, and one feature I greatly miss is that any task in the multi-lane board view has a small indicator when the actual details are filled out for the task. I often include links to articles and email in the task details and it is easy to overlook or miss when most tasks do not have it.
