Checkbox "other: please specify + text"

Hi! I want to add a checkbox in a request form with a text option, ie "other: please specify___________________". Anyone know how do that ?

Hi Eleni,

To accomplish this, I added a checkbox that says "Other" with helper text that says "If other, please specify below" and I added a single line question that says "Other: Please Specify:"

It's not ideal, but it's the closest to the functionality you're looking for that I could come up with. I don't believe there's a specific way to do this in Forms otherwise.

Looking forward to being proven wrong by another community member, though. :)

Such functionality doesn't exist currently, so I think what Evan Swanson suggests above is a good way to accomplish this now.
