Request Form: Date Format

Is there a way to map my request form so the date format comes out MM-DD-YYYY instead of YYYY-MM-DD? I have attached a screenshot below.

Currently it's only possible to have it YYYY-MM-DD. I'd suggest adding your vote to the similar thread in the Product Feedback section. All the feedback there is reported to our Product team for them to consider putting it to the product roadmap.
