import xls option not available

I've been on a trial for a while, and I would like to test importing data from another app, but the option isn't available. Is that because I'm not an owner?

Excel import is available to Regular and External Users on all paid accounts. I've passed your request to your Account Manager, he'll be in touch with you shortly, if not already, to discuss your trial subscription 👍
