Smart Checklists

These are great ideas!

Hi guys, sorry for the delay. Some things have happened since this request. Let's take a look below and see if these new enhancements can help.

1. I would like some of the checkboxes to lead to other questions if checked, so I can ask for additional unique parameters of that selection. This functionality exists for dropdowns when the choice is binary. I want the same functionality for checklists because I want the requester to be able to select multiple items and receive appropriate follow-up questions on subsequent pages based on their selections.

You can do this using Multipage response. Where a possible answer will lead to a new question, currently you must make this condition act on a different page of the request. Multi-choice checkboxes are now available too.

2. I would like to create Tasks and/or utilize Project Templates from selections made in a checklist. For example, if a user requests design assistance making a logo, a poster, and a webpage, I would like tasks created for each of those items; or the ability to pull multiple project templates based on the multiple selections. There is no form-to-Task functionality in Request Forms. The option to choose a new project template exists for dropdowns but not checklists.

You can now use Blueprints to create a project from Request forms. Please try Blueprints to help with this as I think it'll meet a lot of your needs.

Thanks for the response, but I don't think the features you mention address my questions.

I may be wrong, but Multi-page response and Multi-choice text boxes are not new features, at least that I can tell. The issue is that I need multi-choice text boxes to lead to multi-pages, which still is not possible. The only options I see from checklist are to Add a Project Owner or a Parent Folder, not Go to a specific page.

Blueprints are a good addition to Wrike. However, the issue is still with checkboxes. As far as I can tell, there is no ability to create a Task (from a Blueprint) by selecting from the Checklist. This option only exists for Drop-downs, not Checklists.

Please let me know if I'm missing something, or if I can do more to clarify the need.

@Wyatt Hey, thanks for providing details 🙂 You're right, with checkboxes you can only add an assignee or a parent folder. I really like the idea though, it is passed to our Product team for future consideration. I'll refer other users here when I can so that your suggestion could get more upvotes 🤝

I'm gonna have to agree with Wyatt on this one. Please please add this feature. Often times our partners want to request multiple services at once and each have their own set of requirements. 

I would love this feature as well. My team serves the entire company, and we do so many different things. I don't want to have many forms dedicated to one task only when i can have one smart form that will generate multiple task for me all asking the right questions.
