Moving attached files from one task to another.

I went to drag an attached file with comments associated with it into a subtask that was created and found that this option was not available. Although we haven't come across this as a need in the past, we were surprised that it was not available as it seems like a logical option. You can drag a task into another task, turning it into a subtask... this seems like a parallel concept.
