Dropbox issues on desktop app for Mac

I have been experience a couple issues in relation to the Dropbox integration:

1) I can't select more than one dropbox file when attaching in comments, even though it gives the option to select multiple items.

2) I have been recently getting a "fail" message when trying add attachments from db. (see screenshot)

I am experiencing the same problems.

I am using Wrike Version 2.0.0 (2.0.0.950) on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 running macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6

Thanks for the update

Hi TJ, this is a known issue and our Development Team is working on it. I'll update you here once I have more information. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Well any luck? It appears you've added Google Drive which I thought was a good sign but the problem is the files do not open inside Wrike and I have to grant permission to allow people to view the file. That is not an improvement and basically makes the feature useless to me. Am I missing something?

hey all, this matter concerning Dropbox should be solved in the meanwhile. (although the OD fix is still in progress)

please see here-under the response I've got from the Support Team via email on the ticket I've dropped long time ago.

(note : I did not check it's real functioning for myself as this matter was so long hanging I switched to FireFox as fix in that time and stick with it for the moment (although I know Desktop runs quicker then any browser - in my case)et

Hi Dries,

Sure, we'll notify you when OneDrive connector is fixed, too - it's still work in progress, while we expect it to be fixed faster than Dropbox connector. Please stay tuned.

Best regards,
Mike G.

Hi Dries,

This is Igor from advanced Wrike support with a quick update.

We've got some good news to share: the option to add attachments from Dropbox is available in our Desktop App again. Please, feel free to check it out when you need to add another attachment.

We're still working on returning the option to attach files from Onedrive. For now, you can do it in the web (browser) version of Wrike.

Have a good day and a wonderful weekend!

Best regards,

Igor Tokmakov

Hey Dries Vanderelst,

I can see that you were talking to the Support team about being able to select multiple files at once from Dropbox. I'd recommend providing your vote at this Product Feedback post to show your support for this idea. This way, you'll be kept notified of any updates about this suggestion.

If you need anything else, be sure to let me know.
