Anyone else experiencing lag in Chrome?

I have been a very happy wrike user for 2+ years. But starting a month ago, when I type in Wrike, there is a terrible lag.  I might type 5 or 6 words before any letters appear. This also happens in Incognito. It does not happen in IE.

I have tried disabling extensions--no impact.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?

If Wrike forces me to move to IE I will be really mad....

(I have tried tech support and even spent an hour with a live person--no luck yet).
