simultaneous uploading for new version

I have 20 video under one task. So I can upload them simultaneously, but when I am uploading a new version on top of a file, I can only upload one by one.

Let say I have A version 1 and B version 1. Now I wanna upload:

A version 2

B version 2.

If i try to upload B version 2 while A  version 2 is still in progress, A version 2 gets canceled.

If there's 20 file, each take 10 min to upload, I will need to do the upload one by one and check every 10 minutes 20 times.

Is there any alternative easier way to do this?
