Customized Wrike's e-mail invite

Hey there,

We want to invite suppliers to a project and we need the ability to customized the invite to Wrike e-mail.

Is this feature on the Roadmap!?

Hi Ben, thank for your suggestion. This is not something on the product Team's roadmap, but you've posted the idea in the right place for others to vote for it and discuss. The suggestion will be brought to the product team's attention and will be referenced when the team is reviewing this functionality in the future.

It will be great to have full control over the text and logo (template)!

@Mark Hi! At the moment there isn't a way to save the message, but definitely a great piece of feedback, we'll share that with the team!

It would be great if we could put our company logo into our invitation mail.

Unfortunality it is only possible in other mails, but not in the "first contact mail" to our guests.

 

it would also be helpfull if we could format the text in the personal massage like text-colours, etc.

Is it possible to add this both functionalities in one of the next sprints?

@... - Hi Is there any update to capability to save the personal invite email?  It is inefficient to constantly copy and paste our company invite.  I am adding users on a monthly basis.  Thank you

I'm another one interested in customizing the email text as a default! There are some links to training and best practices sites that I'd like to make sure go out with the first Wrike interaction a user has, so they can jump right in.

Hello,

i don't see the "include personal message" on my system.

I would suggest, as in other systems, an option "Don't send invitation email" with the possibility to copy the invitation LINK and send it with the own email client with the text we need to.
