Customized Wrike's e-mail invite

Hi Ben, thank for your suggestion. This is not something on the product Team's roadmap, but you've posted the idea in the right place for others to vote for it and discuss. The suggestion will be brought to the product team's attention and will be referenced when the team is reviewing this functionality in the future.

@Ben Glad to hear that! I'm actually really excited that this option came out, hope it makes invites a little more unique/personal.

Thanks for this enhancement.  Is there a way to save the personal messages for repeated use?  Thanks! 

@Mark Hi! At the moment there isn't a way to save the message, but definitely a great piece of feedback, we'll share that with the team!

It would be great if we could put our company logo into our invitation mail.

Unfortunality it is only possible in other mails, but not in the "first contact mail" to our guests.

it would also be helpfull if we could format the text in the personal massage like text-colours, etc.

Is it possible to add this both functionalities in one of the next sprints?

Hi Christine Bromley, hope you don't mind me jumping in for Stephanie! Thank you for your feedback, it's been passed on to the Product team. I don't currently have any information about this, as soon as I have an update I'll let you know 😊 

I'm another one interested in customizing the email text as a default! There are some links to training and best practices sites that I'd like to make sure go out with the first Wrike interaction a user has, so they can jump right in.

How are you handling onboarding new users to Wrike currently? Are you using, for example, some blueprints with a list of resources for that?

i don't see the "include personal message" on my system.

I would suggest, as in other systems, an option "Don't send invitation email" with the possibility to copy the invitation LINK and send it with the own email client with the text we need to.

Here is an example how User Invitation should work without email automation!
