Allow dashboard parameters for text fields

This has been mentioned in more-generic posts, like this one. Just wanted to submit a more-specific request.

Our use case: non-Wrike users submit requests via a public form, where they type in their own name in a text field. Since that field is not a pick list, we can't add it as a dashboard parameter to allow them to filter a public dashboard by their own name.
