Using table views to complete a gap analysis
I wanted to share a fun way we have been using the table views & dashboards to help us with completing a needs/gap analysis. This example is really simplified to make it easier to demonstrate. Using Wrike for this type of work helps with making data driven decisions.
In this example we want to order a pizza and we need to select a vendor to order from. To help us find the right pizza place we start with listing out everything we can think of related to this pizza. We will be using a custom workflow to identify non-negotiable items, needs, wants, etc. This is all done on the "Main Table" view. (For complex projects you can use additional custom fields relevant to the work, and you can even set up a request form to gather this information!)
Once we have this list, we can contact each vendor and complete their scorecard by utilizing their respective table view. In this example the other tables are Papa’s Pizza, Pizza Pizazz, and #1 Pizza.
Once the scorecards are completed, we can visit the dashboard to see who the winner is!
