Include both internal and external Request Form links in settings

Hi team,

It would be great if in the backend settings of Request Forms, both internal and external links were available for us to copy/share.

At the moment, if a request form is...

• Internal only: internal link can be copy/pasted
• External only: external link can be copy/pasted
• Internal and external: only the external link can be copy/pasted

The issue/strain is related to forms that are both internally AND externally available: there's no way from the settings to grab that internal link because it will only give you the external one.

We need to make links/sharing of Request Forms more easily accessible!
