Implementing a new automation to alert the author whenever a task gets marked as "Incomplete Details", they are prompted to add more information or move the dates.

I wanted to share this automation that is helping our creative team reduce the manual need for tagging a task's author to get more details or have them change due dates. I've uploaded a screenshot of what you need to add into the automation in your space!

Hi Kirsten Gross,

I wonder why you @mention the author instead of the assignee. Last one should be responsible for all information. The author could be someone who created a task for someone else, in worst case the author is just "Wrike Bot", if the task was generated by an external requestform-link.

I understand this may not work for every team. We have a best practice that whoever owns the project creates the tasks. They're requesting collateral from who is assigned to each task and therefore we need the proper information from them to proceed. Having tasks with incomplete details has been a pretty big issue for us so this was an idea to solve that issue.
