Organizing Enhancement Requests

In the beginning, we struggled with a bunch of unorganized spreadsheets listing our business team's enhancement requests. We found ourselves constantly copying and pasting tables from Excel into PowerPoint for every meeting, which was not only time-consuming but also error-prone. 

Our dependence on these scattered spreadsheets made it hard to get a clear view of our progress and priorities. Collaboration was more about reconciling data than focusing on strategic initiatives. With no unified system, information was often duplicated or lost, causing frequent miscommunications and delays. We kept losing requests and getting bogged down by duplicates. 

Realizing the need for a change, we decided to revamp our enhancement request workflow. This new enhancement log became our go-to source, offering a comprehensive view of all ongoing projects and tasks. 

By implementing our new workflow through Wrike, we can now easily organize and communicate the status of enhancement requests to the business team. This ensures that their requests don't end up in a black hole, making everyone feel more comfortable and confident.
