Transition for Wrike Analyze reports to New Dashboards

When Wrike release New Dashboards, we saw great value. Having a near real-time reports to be shared with others outside of our account was big. We had been using Wrike Analyze public reports, but the data was always 4 hours behind, then Wrike introduced their New Dashboards. Since our reports did not have very complicated analytics (this is the real power of Wrike Analyze), we decided to transition to the New Dashboards. This has been very helpful in our journey of transparency and creating our one source of truth.

Our process:

  • Business request comes in via a request form
  • Request for uses the business information to create a project from our project blueprint
  • Then the team duplicates our Dashboard template for this new project
  • Enable the dashboard with a public link for sharing with community stakeholders
