Wrike for a Digital Marketing Agency

As a digital marketing agency, Wrike has allowed us to standardize, at least until we deemed it necessary, our processes by significantly decreasing:
1- The workload for PMs to organize and manage activities
2- The error resulting from procedures not followed or not fully remembered

In fact, our blueprints are not just a list of scheduled tasks, but are for us large job descriptions.

In almost all activities there is a specific description of how the activity must be carried out, what is expected to be achieved and links to useful resources (present in Wrike in a DAM section).

In this way we have 2 advantages:
1- If a new person arrives at the agency and starts working on a project that he has never seen how it is done by us, he can learn it (in addition to the support of his manager) also from the blueprint
2- The PMs have all the information on what each person in the team must do and in what time, focusing more on doing the activities well and with quality and thinking less about the team's programming.
