Using Wrike to manage Goods In processes - Datahub?
Hi,
Not sure if this forum is very active or not, but I thought I'd ask the question anyway.
Is anyone using Wrike to manage their Goods In process? We are tracking all of our purchasing in Wrike, and I want to extend this to a basic Goods In process (we're a startup and haven't previously needed this level of organisation). My thinking is to use Datahub to create our locations, which will then link to the purchase task. I'm also wondering if anyone has done anything relating to stock takes etc?
Thanks to anyone who reads this :)
Hi Phil Taylor!
For a client of mine I have prepared this structure.
We have several projects that require different materials (we are talking about photovoltaics).
So in the projects we have a list of tasks where each material (panels, batteries, inverters) has a specific custom item type.
If during the processing of the project, to serve one of these materials my client does nothing but enter the specific task and declare (with two custom fields) quantity and model.
When these custom fields are modified the modified task is added to a second workspace called "Warehouse".
Here in the warehouse I have created some custom fields for managing quantities (incoming and outgoing) and a field for the total (+ income - committed - outgoing).

I also have some forms that create standard warehouse movements (orders to suppliers, warehouse loads, warehouse unloads, etc.) that do nothing but create custom item type specific tasks for each material.
I don't know if it helps
