Analytics Dashboard – Actual Fees Different in Project vs Task Filter
Hi yall –
I'm using an Analytics Dashboard for quarterly reporting on Actual Fees. I'm confused as to why the Actual Fees, when filtering by Tasks, and then again by Project (cannot do both at once) provide me with two different numbers. Sometimes they're wildly different. Is this because if task and project dates aren't synced up, Wrike will "ignore" fees accrued before/after the date range I input into the dashboard?
If that is the case, which is the best way to use the dashboard (filtered by quarter): "Days in Project Due Date" or "Days in Task Due Date?
Thanks 😃!
Hi Tatiana Belanger,
Herine from Wrike Team is here!
Could you please share a couple of screenshots to illustrate the issue? In general, using task-related attributes should show more accurate analytics for Actual Fees since that metric is based on the time tracked in a task.
