Folllowing List for Post: How to implement this use case in Wrike
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
Hi,
It's a bit unclear without more context.
For Fill and Import, you can manage these processes using forms (for Fill) and Wrike Integrate to automate "imports." I'm not familiar with the other tools you're using to get data.
Receipt, Bank Statement are Custom Item Type (task based)
Transaction Date, Amount, CARD and UID are Custom Fields with four different data types (Data, Currency, Number and String)
However, aggregating three different data types (Data, Currency, and Number) into a single UID field might be challenging directly. You could potentially use Formula Custom Fields, but Wrike Integrate would be a more reliable option to transform each value into text and then combine them into a single UID.
By using a matching UID, you can create a new Custom Item Type (e.g., "Transaction") that links related Receipts and Bank Statements as child items.
Does this help? Let me know if you have any other questions.
