I'm trying to test the custom item types feature, but I don't see any option to create it in my personal space, and I don't have admin access for other spaces. Am I missing something, or is it not possible to create space-level custom item types within a personal space?

Unfortunately, we don't have the capability of creating custom item types within our personal spaces in Wrike. I know my team members and myself have requested it though! A lot of times we tend to want to use our personal spaces as a sort of sandbox. You could ask your Wrike admin if they could create a sandbox space for you and give you space admin privileges. That might work for now!
Hi Neil Haskins 👋 Thanks for your post. As Devree Czupinski mentioned, it is currently not possible to create a Custom Item Type within a personal space. If there are any updates regarding this in the future, I'll be sure to keep you informed 👍
