Overriding Project in Intake form

Hi Everyone - I have a series of blueprints that are all slightly different. When creating an intake form, I would like to have them added as the parent project based on a question answer, not a sub project. I can't seem to figure out how to make this happen. Is this possible? This way I can add the date and title to the blueprint that is selected.

Sadie Tuohey - I have a couple of thoughts.

1. if all you want to do is att the date and title to the project, you can use the add prefix in the request form:

2. if you want to add other tasks, you can make folder blueprints that share all the common tasks. This gets a little messy in the blueprint, but then you can replace the project

I can share what the blueprint looks like privately (don't want to post that publically)
