Root Folder API ID

Im trying to create subtasks using POST /folders/{folderId}/tasks with the task ID under supertasks. The docs say to use the Root Folder API ID as the folder ID to keep the task as a subtask of the parent task without assigning it to a folder. 

How do I find the Root Folder API ID?
