Flexible Locking of Custom Fields

I know this topic has been discussed in the past and was put on the backburner after it received enough up-votes to get it looked at, but I wanted to bring it up again. The need to have the ability to lock custom fields so that some users can view and populate them while other users can edit them has drastically increased in our organization. There are processes and projects that leadership refuse to put into Wrike due to this function not being available.

Agreed, Kendra. I would add specifically that locking SUM activation (i.e. not allowing non admin users to manually activate SUMs in dashboards) would be at the top of my list. This is one missing functionality that prevents me from creating serious data products using Wrike.
