Request Form Enhancement

It would be nice if there was a way to add logic in a request form to create a custom item type based on questions in your form.

Example: In our form, we ask a question in the form asking if the request is an issue, enhancement or new feature request. We have custom item types created in our space for these and would like for the correct custom item type be created based on questions in the form when submitted.
