Formula to Calculate Business Days of the Past Month

Hello team,

I have a pivot table that is showing all of my resources' hours logged in the timelog for the past month in the following formula:

sum([Timelog  Time  Spent (minutes)])/60

I would like to add a function to this that calculates the previous month's business days, multiplies them by 8, and then subtracts that value from the formula above. The goal being to tell me if my resources either worked more than their contracted hours or less.

How do I do this?

Hi Adam Reusche,
you can use User Work Schedule Working Hours (https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043781934-Advanced-Reporting-Utilization-and-Performance-Report) if you are on "Utilization & Performance DB".

Pietro Poli, I noticed I had to a request to have these fields enabled by support. To utilize this you have to click on the widget's ellipses, change data source, and then select "Utilization & Performance".

These fields then become available. Apologies, i'm still very much a newbie so anyone who finds this via google can now figure it out quickly.
