Dynamic report external links

Hi!

We can share report snapshots with non-users at the moment, but it would be very beneficial to be able to share dynamic links, to avoid having to come into the platform every week and get a new snapshot. It builds client frustration in a way, but we don't want to provide Wrike access, a link to the report is enough for them to access the relevant info and significantly reduces status emails...
