Custom Field Automation based on Project/Task Name

I would love to have an automation rule so that anytime I create a project with XYZ in the Project Name Field, it could automatically add data to Custom Fields.

For example, when creating a project pertaining to photography for a Living Room vs Dining Room, we'd use LR or DR in the project title. Later in the process, I go through and select the custom field option for the category pertaining to that text.

Has anyone found a workaround way to do this using blueprints perhaps?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Andrea Fazio, thank you for sharing your suggestion for Wrike's automation 🙌

One thing that comes to mind is that it's currently possible to setup an automation where when a project's name changes, we can change a custom field (add suffix/prefix, change to something else or remove value). it's not exactly the same as the idea you're suggesting, but maybe it can help?

Hello, on the same note - I found that "change name" function, but it's limited to just typing in text. Is it possible to make it use a variable from a custom field? I.e. I made a custom field, in which for each project I write a shorter version of its name. I.e. full name: Microsoft, short name [MICR]. I'd like to make an automation, in which every task created within this project, would have value from this custom field as its prefix - is it possible somehow?
