Change single Subitem status in automation

The automation actions only include changing "all" subitems  status. It is good to have the ability to change status for a single subitem. This can be implemented by filtering using a value of a  status. For instance: If there is a subitem that changed status to "Validation Failed" then change the status of all subitems with status "Implemented" to "Returned"
