File view not automatic

The file tab used to be automatically visible to users. It is now hidden and there are several steps to show the File view, which has to be added to each folder individually. If added to a Space, all the files in that Space will show, but once in a folder pertaining to that Space, it has to be added again. I reached out to the Support Team, they kindly looked into it and confirmed my conclusion.

We have hundreds of folders, thousands of files, 30 collaborators. It shouldn't be that complicated to access files. Please include a feature to allow automatically adding the file view to all folders simultaneously.
