Timelog view: filter on Any date as default

Please, consider implementing a new feature for the Timelog view of a project: an option to set the Date filter to Any date as default, instead of This week.

Hi Juan, as you can see the default filter for the Timelog view is This week. It would be great to have it set as Any date, that is no filter for Date. Or, even better, an option in the user Settings letting the user choose which default filter is suitable for them.

Thank you.

I totally second this request. Having a limited data view as the default (so that one has to go to filters and change the view settings EVERY time one leaves and re-enters Timely view) makes little sense. The default filter should be 'no filter' — ie. 'Any Date' —  or, ideally, the default filter setting should be configurable by the user. Thanks.

(If this feature has been implemented since Laura posted it in February, please tell me how to access it).

Hi Rick Lecoat 👋 Welcome to the Forums! 🙂

Thanks for supporting this post and adding your comment! It has now been forwarded to the Product team.

Also, quick question - Have you tried saving the Timelog view with your filters by marking it as ‘Set filters as default’? I’m adding a screenshot below for your reference. This will ensure that the filters you select will appear every time you open the Timelog view. Please note that this change will affect everyone who uses this view. Hope this helps your use case!
