[Onboarding] Onboard Your Team With Our Wrike Training Template - Step 3 🤝

Hello and welcome back, Wrike newbies! 🙂

Along this exciting journey of adopting Wrike, we know it's crucial to ensure your entire team is onboard. To make things easier for you, we've introduced a Wrike Training template. This template has been designed to help kick-start your team's journey in Wrike, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

To start using this template, start creating a new space using the + button in the upper-right corner of your workspace. You’ll find the Wrike Training template in the Get started with the basics section: 

Here’s where you’ll be able to preview and launch this template, which will create a space called Wrike Training. 

This space comes with a pre-made dashboard that can help you keep track of your team’s  training progress. It also contains a useful Champion Training Guide folder with tasks that represent the five stages of a champion’s onboarding:

• Learn Wrike Basics
• Prepare the Wrike workspace
• Set up a knowledge base
• Run a Wrike kickoff meeting
• Prepare user training projects

Each task comes with detailed instructions on the steps involved as well as links to various Wrike resources that will help with successful champion training.

The Template for User Training project is a handy tool for champions to onboard other Wrike users. Champions can copy this template and assign it to team members. 

And that's not all we have to offer! To give your team a comprehensive understanding of Wrike, we also offer interactive training courses via Wrike Discover. Start by sharing our Beginner Plan to get the basics covered.

Last but not least, don't forget to check and share our Getting Started Guide with your team. This guide is filled with step-by-step instructions and tips to aid in your team's onboarding experience.
