Mostrato in alto

Hi folks ๐Ÿ‘‹

We hope youโ€™ve been getting familiarized with Wrike and our Community and that you've already introduced yourself in our Wrike Onboarding forum โœ…

We know that some of you will also now be beginning your Quick Start onboarding program. (If this is you, youโ€™ll have received the link to join via email). This program is your stepping stone to mastering Wrike, fully designed and equipped to get you off to a flying start ๐Ÿš€

We highly encourage you to complete the training program within 28 days. While this might seem a little challenging, trust us, it's absolutely manageable, and it's going to be worth it!

And don't worry, if you hit a bump in the road or have any questions, thatโ€™s why weโ€™re here! Drop us a comment below if you need any help along the way.

Here are some common FAQs in relation to Quick Start to kick things off:ย

  • Why does it show as I have already made progress when I have not started yet?

If you've completed some Wrike Discover courses before starting this program, you've received credit for them and will not need to redo them, unless youโ€™d like to!ย

  • Does everyone in the account go through this training?

No. Only one designated account Champion undergoes this training. If you received the email invite to the program then this is you ๐Ÿ™‚

  • What does the Quick Start onboarding program involve?

The course includes six self-guided modules that teach you how to effectively use Wrike to drive success in your organization.

  • Who is the Deployment Lead in Quick Start?

The Deployment Lead is your organization's point of contact for the Wrike team, the one responsible for completing the training and if youโ€™re the one taking it, then you!

  • How long does the course take?

The online training takes around 12-18 hours in total and should be completed within 28 days for the best results.ย

  • Why do I get a 403 access error whenever I try accessing Discover?ย

The cause of this error is usually when a user is logged into Wrike with a different email address from the one that was enrolled in the training.ย

Taking the following steps should fix this:ย

  1. Clear your browser cache/cookies
  2. Log-in to Wrike and Wrike Discover using your primary email address (your@companyname.com)
  3. Go to your certification from My Course and Learning Plansย
  • Why do I get a 410 access error whenever I try accessing Discover?ย

This error generally pops up when trying to access the course/certification from your mobile. To effectively complete your course, please log in to Discover from your desktop/laptop device.ย
