Multiple Kanban Boards Under the Same Project

Hello,

Is there a way to have multiple Boards (Kanban) within the same project? In other words, I have a single project that is using a Board for our agile implementation. These Tasks under the Board are mainly for 2021, and now I need a totally separate Board for 2022 Tasks.

Please let me know if that is possible.

Hi Kamran Amini - Yes - this is possible. Create a board view, click under where you can filter by "All Tasks, Active Tasks, etc." there is a "More Filters" option. If you select that, you can create one view for your first timeline by using the custom date range, and then you can repeat the process for your second board. A couple of pictures are below, but here's a Wrike article with more details and scenarios - https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005225062-Sorting-and-Filtering-Tasks-in-Board-View

Of course Kamran Amini, just clic on "+ view" button, click on "+ Add View" and select board.

Thank you, Pietro.

The Tasks that go under Board1 needs to be different than the Tasks that goes under Board2. Two different Boards but within the same project.

You can filter each board differently.
In the past when you setup your preferred filters you can save them as "preferred filters", now you cannot.
@... is it yet possible?

Filtering is NOT an option for the Board,

Hey Kamran Amini, could you please share some screenshots? It should be possible to filter tasks in the New Board view:

Pietro Poli I'm not sure I understand what you mean. It's possible to set up a Board view and then save/share a link to this particular view.

Ah, yes, you're right; the "All Tasks" Filter should do the trick. Thanks for the snapshots, Lisa and Pietro for your time.

I'm good now since I can filter items based on their business need for each Board.

Thank you, and feel free to close this request.
