Hide Custom Field Options in Request Forms
We would like to be able to hide some options available in custom fields when using those fields as part of a request form.
Example:
This request is only available for specific markets, I want to map this field to the custom field but I don't want to create confusion or clutter in this request form field. I want to be able to hide all the markets that this request isn't available. So for instance, it would only show OOH & ONPREM and the rest would not be visible options.
Currently, the workaround is to not use the custom field to populate this question and to have separate blueprints for each of the markets - that works, but it's messy and leaves room for error having to remember that there are multiple blueprints for this request form when updates need to happen.
Thanks a lot for submitting your suggestion for request forms Kelly Hanson, I'll now send it to the team owning them 👍

This would be extremely helpful for us, as we are running into this issue right now. We would like to use 2 custom fields in one question on the Request Form. Depending on which custom field option you select first, we want to add a follow-up question with limited amount of options for the second custom field. Think of maintenance request, where you select IT support and then Plumbing request is an option. Or you select Press Brakes and then specific names for Lasers are an option rather than just specific names of our Press Brakes. Thanks!
