Request Form Single Select Answer Branching

Hello Wrike Community!

While trying to make a request form in my Wrike space, for the purpose of AV assistance requests that may be needed at my organization, I was trying out the branching option for a single select style question. The branching options I tried out and intended on using were "Continue to next page" and "Go to page 2." The problem I am running into is when I select the answer in which I set those branching options for, on the public version of the form, it does not take me to the next page. Maybe I am doing this wrong or my idea of how this function is supposed to work is incorrect. Can somebody please explain and/or help me figure out this problem? Thank you all!

Ian Edwards Can you share a screenshot of what you set up? This one's hard to help without some more information.

Could you also share what you want the form to do? A simple high-level overview of the task would be very helpful.

Sure thing Mike! I am going to try and post a few screenshots of the specific question I am referencing to this first go around to see if it helps paint a better picture of what I am talking about. *Screenshots Below*

I was expecting with the "Go to page 2" or the "Continue to next page" option that once someone using the form selects the answer in which I setup that option for, it would automatically move the user to the next page. The goal for me is to get them to the next page of questions I made that applies to selecting the "Multiple Meeting Rooms" option.

Hi Ian Edwards I cannot see all you form but it seems that "next page" and "page 2" are the same page.

Is it correct?

Ian Edwards - The "Go to page 2" changes the function of the button at the bottom of the page.

If the rooms you are reserving have different questions on the next page, then you'll set up different pages for each set of options.

So Mike Fank, the "Go to page 2" option changes the function of the button at the bottom of page from something like "Submit" or "Submit request" to go to another page that I setup questions on? If so, then it turns out I will not be able to use the function that I assumed that it did, which is fine of course. Thank you Mike Fank.

Pietro Poli Yes the next page is Page 2, so they are the same page. I was more so confused on the function of selecting either one of the aforementioned branching options, as I thought that if someone selected the single answer that I setup the branching option on, that it would automatically move them to the following page to finish answering questions from there. Thank you!

Hi Ian Edwards,

what Mike Fank wrote is exactly how this kind of option works.

From what you are asking you need dependencies fields that would be implemented in form before the end of this year or divide form in more pages to create branches you need.

Hey Pietro Poli, why does this need to be done before the end of this year? Sorry if that is a dumb question with an answer I should already know or be aware about. So you are saying that it would be possible, with dependencies, to make it so when someone selects an answer from a single select question to make it take the end-user of the request form to another page? Thank you!
