Wrike Analyze - Widget Creation Help

I'm having trouble setting up an Analytics board to track my writers' workload. We currently have 7 writers, and I'm trying to create a widget that displays how many active projects each writer has.

I'm wondering if there's a way to do this without needing a custom field for each writer.

If anyone in the community has any sample widgets or tips on how to gather the necessary data, a cheat sheet for formulas, etc..  I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you!

HI Lea Labastida,

you can create a Pivot like this.
You put in role your assignee name (filter for Writers Role) and like value the count of unique project ID.

Pietro Poli Thanks, I did not know about Job Roles. Now I will look into this and see how this can help us further! Is all your data pulled from a specific folder or space?

With us, each writer has its own folder where their project gets tagged that is what I was using as my data source!

Hi Lea Labastida,
my task are pulled from different spaces.
I named all spaces where we have actionable item with this text: [Work].

For example whe have:

Commesse 2023 [Work]
Team [Work]
Copywriters [Work]

In analyze I've a filter that load data from all spaces that contains [Work] in their name.
