We utilize Wrike Calendars to share go live weekends that have been booked by other consultants. This allows us to share with the whole team what dates are available for the client so we don't get stuck with 7 go lives on one weekend.

Indeed we do! We have a "Go Live" folder in our client space, each one of our projects has a task simply marked GO LIVE and we have 4 statuses, Scheduled Go Live, Tentative Go Live, Go Live on Hold, and Completed. Each status has a different color and each task is put into the Go live folder. When you pull up the calendar it gives you an amazing quick screen shot of what go live weekends have been occupied, which ones were successful and which ones are still questionable.
