Get consistent with Request Forms

While We've all been working remotely for a while - it's easy to fall back on old habits and the old ways.

So make it easier for your team by letting them complete a request form for work, so that all the critical information comes into your project at the start!

Easy steps:

1) Determine what custom fields are needed - tasks by type/description, client steps, specialty task needs are all easy with custom fields

2) Use job roles to plan out the types of resources each step in your plan will be needed

3) Calculate effort in your blueprints along with durations, which will help feed into your Workload and Resource Management

4) Stay organized by configuring standing naming process.  Apply this to your request form - so that it automatically follows the naming protocols!

These are just a few steps that can help make sure you have what you need from the start and make finding work a snap - especially when your team is remote!
