how to apply "8D Eight disciplines problem solving" with wrike

is someone using the "8D Eight disciplines problem solving" with Wrike ?
could someone suggest me how to do that ?
in this moment I am thinking a single Not Conformity like a Single project , but does it make sense ?

8D report is also called "Eight disciplines problem solving" , it's a classic procedure used in the Qualtiy System worldwide
when you open a "not conformity" on a product or on a process the 8D process starts :
"Who/When/Where/Why/How/How much" , intermediate solution , root cause , corrective acton
it's a standard procedure in the Quality system , I would like to know if someone already apply this method directly with Wrike

For now, I'd suggest taking a look at Wrike's Custom fields - it's possible to create such fields for each item of the 8D system to fill it out and track it.
