How do I view formula custom fields in a custom item type?

I have a formula custom item type, that is calculating properly in the table view, but is not showing the same output in the custom project type, view info.

In this example, i want my NRE Usage % to be displayed at 95% with a an orange dot.

Formula = [Time spent] / [Estimated NRE] (which is calculating correctly in table view)

The NRE usage shows 0%, but when I look at the table, it is calculated properly. 

Does anyone know how to reliably display formulas in in the first view?
