Timelog vs. Daily Capacity
Hello,
i am starting with Wrike Analyze and trying to do a table that shows the timelog per user in each month and to compare it to the daily capacity of each user but i do not see the way to input the user daily capacity.
can someone support on this?
Hi Ignacio Campos You can edit daily capacity on the Work Schedule itself, and then assign the corresponding schedule to the appropriate users who match that daily capacity.
what i need is to be able to read the daily capacity of each user from wrike analyze to compare the total logged hours vs. the daily capacity of each user to know if they did log all the hours
You can use "User work schedule working hours" in Analyze to get the daily capacity data.
This is one formula that works:
IF(ISNULL(([Total Timelog Time Spent (minutes)]/60)/([Total User Work Schedule Working Hours])),0,([Total Timelog Time Spent (minutes)]/60)/([Total User Work Schedule Working Hours]))
sorry but i used this formula and indicates me that there is syntax error, basically the [Total User Work Schedule Working Hours] is not understood as a valid variable.
hello, just found this article and if a created the reports from "utilization and performance" template it works.
isn't it possible to access all data from a 'Custom Analytics Board'?
Hi Ignacio Campos, I can see that our Support agent has contacted you to offer a solution 👍 Please let me know if there's anything else you need help with.
