Plus sign disappears after updating content
Hi, I would like to ask how to fix the following issue:
Every time when I update the content of a task, the + sign disappears and I cannot open the task. I will attach a screenshot. The only way to get the + sign back is to refresh the browser, but this is not ideal, as I could be in a project meeting with a lot of people around the table. Can you please help?
In the below screenshot, task '2018-M10 MR-1 (Nov 15)' has 3 sub-tasks which are only visible again after refreshing the browser. I'm using Chrome.
Hi Simona, Wrike Support,
My team and I experience the same issue.
It seems like a bug, or is there any way to fix this quickly?
Hi Simona, Vanessa is right, this shouldn't be happening. I've tested here and I'm not getting the same error so let me raise a ticket to our Support Team so they can investigate this for you a little further.
You'll receive an email notification of this ticket soon! Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 🙌
Ours does the same thing...throughout ALL of Wrike. We've tried doing this on Safari, Chrome, regular window, private window, incognito window, logging off and on, clearing the cache, etc etc...It still does the same thing. Please let me know if there is a solution for this. As of know, we've come to understand that this is a glitch & happens often, and individuals are instructed to hit refresh when this is encountered.

Hi everyone, our Support Team is investigating what's happening and we'll make sure to post here as soon as we have more information! Thank you for letting us know you are experiencing this as well.
We are still experiencing the same issues. It seems to be only in table view that the items will disappear. We also will receive a "no title" on the item we are updating and have to keep refreshing every time we edit anything within that task. This is frustrating in meetings when everyone is working off of this screen. Do you have any updates on this error?
Hi Alisha, thanks for posting here. I'll raise this to our Support Team to take a closer look. You'll receive an email confirmation of this soon. Thank you 🙂
Hi Stephen, this is not a new issue, we've already raised this to the Support Team (please see the history of this ticket). When can we expect a resolution? The issue seems to be consistent, it can be easily reproduced in Table view. I agree with the previous comments that it's pretty frustrating in meetings and when we work on updating tasks. I sent a video to your Support Team a while ago, showing exactly how this issue happens.
@Simona, sorry for the delay responding to you here.
I can see our Support Team provided a direct update following the ticket I raised.
For anyone else wondering what's happening with this. Our engineers are aware of this issue. It will be fixed in an enhanced Table view that is currently being worked on.There is no official ETA at the moment, but when we have new information we'll be sure to post here.
For now, you can use page refresh as a quick fix.
Hello, is this issue fixed? I can't see my updated content yet.
Please let me know what should I do to see the content of all my files.
Thanks for your help.
Hi Judit, the Product Team is working on this fix as part of an enhanced Table View update. I don't have exact date son the release yet but I will update everyone here when it's ready. Thanks for bumping the post here 👍
Just checking in on the status of this error. Are there any updates or ETA of when this will be corrected?
