Custom ordering the fields in the title > Form Builder: Response Mapping Options
can you put the fields you want in the title in a custom order? i.e. not the order in which they are asked on the request form.

Hi Jim, at the moment you can't edit the order. I am a huge proponent of naming conventions for tasks, so I completely understand wanting titles structured in a certain way. Just wondering why the questions can't be put in the order that you would like them to appear in in the title?
I have a similar problem so maybe Jim's situation is the same. When creating the custom request, the questions have to be in a certain order so that the dynamic request flows properly. I cannot ask someone for an activation type before product category because of where those questions are needed in the different levels of a request.
Same goes for how the prefix is used, where the tasks need the project title not as a prefix, but as a suffix.
Thanks,
-Ken

Hey Lisa,
Not quite the issue I was trying to describe. To get more specific, we have several product categories and several different levels of requests that we fit into one form. The way the questions need to be ordered in the dynamic request forces a title to be generated in a less than ideal format. For instance, if my Landscape Marketing Manager would like us to create a Spec Sheet for a new product, Wrike will generate the title/task prefixes as "New Item Spec Sheet - Landscape R1" with the R1 (round 1) being included in the template. If possible i would order it as "R1: Landscape New Item Spec Sheet"
In order to do that currently i would have to completely dismantle our request form again and put it in an order than makes a lot less sense to the requester and would add far more pages to the form in order to be possible.
