Functionality of WRIKE works fine on my Mac. I am having trouble seeing my dashboard and my in box while working in the program on my PC laptop.
Should I just delete and add the short-cut on the desktop again?

Hi there! I've been noticing an issue over the last couple of days - I will create a new Project or Task, and when I select the new Project or Task to open it a few seconds to minutes later, it tells me I do not have access to view it. These are items that are in folders that are shared with me, and that I just created so there should be no restrictions in place. I typically have to refresh several times and then it will allow me to view and work in those areas.

Hello,
I've ordered a Yearly Subscription and use more than 14 days.
I've asked support to give me a refund but got this message:
>>the payment as we have a no-refund policy, I am sorry about that.
Ok then, my question was - can I buy a Business subscription? Because on my current subscription I don't have time log.
And got a new message:
>>We have applied the cancellation with the last day of the contract and we can renew your account, I just need to make sure this is exactly what you need.
Guys my question:
I can't get a refund and I am applying for cancelation what I will get by the end?

I have a question about the public link for a calendar that I am trying to show the sales and marketing team that is not showing all the layers in the various colors (That are show on the left side of screen). Could you let me know why people are only seeing two of the seven layers that I have for the partner marketing global calendar. I have a screen shot below so you can see the different views. Hi Stephanie Checchi, welcome to the Community!
Layers will be shared if they're not private. You can tell if a layer is private by right-clicking on the name on the left hand side and seeing if the option to share appears.
It could also be the case that the layers were made after the links were created. To have it updated, you can click the "new link" option in the "Public links" section.

Hello, Wrike Community Support,
My team experienced a strange phenomenon in Wrike this morning. Some of us (not the whole team, but more than one) have found that when we typed something into a chat log, Wrike duplicated the message multiple times, graying out the duplications so they couldn't be deleted. If the tab was closed then reopened, the message would be there without the duplications as though nothing had happened, but this would happen again and again, necessitating the repeated closing and opening of tabs or for the browser to be quit and restarted many times. This has never happened to any of my team before.
...Afternoon update... This is continuing to happen. As it turns out, we don't need to close the tab, but simply moving to a different task and coming back makes the duplicate texts go away.
What could be the cause of this strange duplication? Thank you for your help!
...Late afternoon update... I've now had some communication with our company-wide Wrike Admins group. This problem has occurred for many of us here at multiple locations in Indianapolis and at our Kansas City facility. Is this happening for other Wrike users outside of our company?
