Adding Tasks Blocked

Hello,

I can no longer add tasks to my project for some reason. I was able to just a short time ago.

Not sure how this came about.

We have the same problem, I can't add subtasks to my projects and folders or update the task description either; in fact, even the options usually available by clicking on the right button of the mouse are now unavailable, please see the screenshot:

@Gianmarc, looks like this is related to the subscription plan of one of the accounts you're a part of. I'll open a Support ticket right now to sort this out.

@Belen, I checked your profile details and these options should be available to you in the account in general, but it looks like you may have been granted limited Folder Permissions for some specific locations. Could you please let me know if this is the case for all Folders/Projects you see, and whether you're able to create new Projects and tasks yourself?

Hi Anastasia,

Thanks for your prompt response. The thing is, that I haven't been granted only limited Folder Permissions, I have full access, in fact, my boss, the one who created the folder has the exact same problem that I do, he cannot manage his own folder. This is happening only in one folder, though. the rest are working properly. Please advise how to proceed, we really need to work with that folder and we cannot afford to delete it and start over.

I'm in the middle of a 14 day trial period. We're really trying to push the capabilities of Wrike because we want to make sure this is going to work for our agency. I'me trying to a fourth task under a project but it keeps deleting itself for some reason. What's going on?

Hi - I have a project I created whilst in trial mode. Now I can't seem to add tasks to it or change the status to the current statuses we have.  All help for a newbie gratefully recieved.
