@mention triggers sending all task information

Wirke used to only send the specific comment in a task in which the @mention was made.  I've noticed that recently when I @mention, all details related to that task are emailed.  I really liked how it was before when I could leave reminder comments for myself and only @mention triggered email alert my colleagues with the specific comments I want them to pay attention to.
