Introducing Community Badges
Note from Wrike Team: For the most recent information about Community Badge Program, go here.
We’re constantly impressed by the amazing contributions from you guys on the forums. Whether you’ve been a frequent contributor to the forums or have been an active participant with a little something extra (read below), we want to start recognizing you.
Starting now, we’ll be giving Community members badges when they reach certain milestones. Your badge will appear to the right of your name each time you post (just like how I have a “Wrike Team Member” badge to the right of my name when I post.
So who gets a badge?
We may change these numbers as time goes on, but here’s where we’re starting.
- Black Belt: Community members who have gone above and beyond. They’ve provided feedback, answered questions, or shared information that helped drive conversations forward and provide value.
- Green Belt: Community members who have added more than 11 posts or comments (combined).
- Orange Belt: Community members who have added more than 6 posts or comments (combined).
If you don’t have one yet, keep posting and earn those badges :)
Great community feature!
@Stephen, has the awards automation been implemented yet?
Cheers!
@Trevor
Hi Trevor,
You might want to look at this!

It's due to come very soon apparently (but I'm still waiting)
Other than that I don't think there's been an update for a while
Hi guys, you're right there has not been a badge update in a little while, we're sorry about that 😇 We're still tracking activity so that we can back-date them and award badges where needed.
Right now, we're testing the automatic system and all going well, we'll activate it in coming days. I'll be sure to put a new post up when it's live in Brought to You by Wrike section 🙌
Thanks for that Stephen!
Great to hear it's nearly here.

@Stephen, is it still protocol for people to get notified when they move up in a badge? I have some co-workers asking about this. Also, is your profile badges supposed to match what shows in the comment section? The reason I ask is, I pay close attention to comments that come from a black belt, as there is much experience there. If the system is not updating, how are we to know what "belt level" people are?
@George, thank you for sharing the link! Looking forward to the update. Hopefully I'll have a badge waiting for me!
Hi Brittney & Trevor, thanks for your interest. We know how important it is to award people with badges. There are some real Wrike experts here and when they post, others should know what badges they've earned!
Right now, we needed to build a bespoke tool to award the badges here and currently, we're testing it to ensure there are no errors before launching fully. The system is still active in the background so nothing is lost and we're expecting to run it live in the next week. I'll post here once that happens! 🙌
Hi Stephen, thank you for the update!
Cheers!
Hi Stephen, looks like badges are rolled out! Now I just need to strive for enough quality posts for that black belt!
Cheers!
Thank you! Looks like the statuses still need to catch up, I went down a couple notches from where I was. 😉
Thanks for the update Stephen! Are the rules changing at all? I'm hoping to achieve my black belt and just wondering if the criteria has changed with the new system.
Great incentive to read through a few more articles and posts. Who DOESN'T want to be a ninja?!?
Great guys, please read here to learn how to achieve an Orange and Green badge and there's also a hint about how to achieve Wrike Ninja statusof Black Belt! 🥋
