Custom Classifications for Calendar Exceptions
It would be great if we could customize the reasons we're adding exceptions to the calendars within Wrike. For one, "Holiday" would be great to add to the drop-down list that appears when selecting a date that one will not be available. Other options, such as "Conference" or "Professional Development" would be great too. Not sure that additional options than what are already hard-coded would be necessary; would be more beneficial to allow the customer to populate the list in addition to what's already there.
I agree. Would be also great to be able to allocate colours to these exceptions so they can be easily interpreted when viewing the workload
I vote for this possibility of customisation as well.
Great idea Megan. I didn't think of it before, but can easily see how other options could clarify more effectively.

We would also very much like the ability to customize the reasons for exceptions to the calendars, both those that identify non-working time (such as vacations, sick time, etc.) and also some that identify working time (we would like to identify time periods when people are unable to travel, for example).
We also very much concur with Deevia's comment about allocating colours to these exceptions so that they are visible in the Workload View.
This would be a great addition and really beneficial in managing project timescales and keeping realistic project timescales
This would be very helpful for our staff - as we are missing time off in lieu - senior staff have banked hours that they are able to use and it would be helpful to track this - it would only be very helpful to generate reports for our accounting department
Hello, we are wanting to use this feature however, we would like more custom fields to indicate the non-working time or scheduling conflicts etc.
Please add out of office for meetings/business travel and jury duty to the options.
Thanks,
Tattiana
