Automatically import/update Public Holiday data to custom Work Schedules
Public Holiday data automatically updating yearly in custom Work Schedules, the way a calendar subscription works, how to achieve? Eg. subscribe to a Calendar for "UK Public Holidays" and then automatically holidays are marked for all years past, present and future in your own calendar with pretty much zero effort.
Manually adding the Public Holiday data for each custom Work Schedule is quite the administrative burden - is there really no better way available in Wrike??
We have numerous offices around the globe and as part of our current development/refining of our Wrike deployment we now need to add custom Work Schedules for each office - and in some cases, actually more than one schedule, to distinguish between several teams or office-based/non-office based staff availability, default working hours etc.
So of course each country has different holidays, and this data needs to be included in each respective Schedule, but I can't see any option to subscribe to an external data source (preferred option, zero maintenance needed) or import data (less preferred option, needs work to maintain).
Manually entering that data for every office and every custom Schedule click-by-painful-click every single year? It's a LOT of admin busywork absolutely no-one wants to do or maintain, when importing data automatically into calendars has existed since forever.
Is this possible and I have just missed how?
Or if not, is it on the horizon for a (near) future update?
Agreed! It would be helpful to have a default list of holidays that we could choose from at the Admin level, which would then update all of the Work Schedules.
